An initial assessment of your footcare needs, includes your first footcare service.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Appointments can be booked online through our WIX booking system. Please ensure accurate contact details for appointment confirmations and reminders. Cancellations & Refunds: Clients may cancel up to 1 hour before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 40% of the service fee. Mobile Service & Arrival Times: Please allow a 20-minute buffer for arrival during inclement weather. Clients must be at the location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or the appointment may be canceled and subject to the 40% no-show fee. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule anytime via the booking system portal.
